"A Place For Little Hands" Children's Art Studio

The idea for "A Place For Little Hands" was birthed in 2003 when my son was a year and a half and getting into everything. I found myself constantly saying "that's not for your hands" until one day it clicked. Why not create a place that is for his hands?

And so...

"A Place For Little Hands" was created with the understanding that young children learn best through play and exploration. In 2007, we expanded our services to include workshops, consulting, and technical assistance for other child care professionals.

And in 2012...

We introduced our "APFLH" Children's Art Studio to provide a safe place for children to explore, discover, and create!

Our aim?

To "take back childhood" because we believe that every child, at some point in their lives, deserves "A Place For Little Hands".
